Use of the service
YOTOTOMO provides everyday web tools including Weather, Sudoku, Timer and Calculator. You may use the service for ordinary personal or business tasks, subject to these terms and applicable law.
No guarantee of availability or accuracy
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that third-party information is complete or exact. Weather forecasts are estimates and must not be treated as emergency, aviation, maritime, medical or other safety-critical advice.
Third-party data and services
Weather data is supplied by Open-Meteo and is subject to its terms and applicable data licences. Location naming for the current-location feature uses BigDataCloud. Third-party services can change, become unavailable or impose their own conditions.
Shared links
Some tools can encode state in a URL so another person can open the same puzzle, calculation or location. Anyone who receives that URL may be able to see the information contained in it. Do not include information in a shared state that you do not want the recipient or sharing platform to receive.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass technical limits, abuse third-party APIs, introduce malicious code, or use automated traffic in a way that materially harms availability for other users.
Intellectual property
YOTOTOMO's original interface, branding and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party data, libraries and services remain subject to their own licences and rights.
Changes
The service and these terms may change as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the published terms and revision date.

サービスの利用
YOTOTOMOはWeather、Sudoku、Timer、Calculatorなどの日常用Webツールを提供します。本規約および適用法令の範囲で、通常の個人利用・業務利用に使用できます。
可用性・正確性の保証
サービスは利用可能な状態で提供します。常時利用できること、エラーがないこと、第三者から得る情報が完全・正確であることを保証しません。天気予報は推定情報であり、緊急対応、航空、航海、医療その他の安全上重要な判断の唯一の根拠として使用しないでください。
第三者のデータ・サービス
天気データはOpen-Meteoから取得し、その利用条件およびデータライセンスの対象となります。現在地から地点名を得る機能ではBigDataCloudを利用します。第三者サービスは、仕様変更、停止、独自条件の変更等が行われる場合があります。
共有URL
一部のツールでは、同じ問題・計算・地点を相手が開けるよう、状態をURLへ含めます。そのURLを受け取った人や共有先サービスは、URLに含まれる情報を確認できる場合があります。相手や共有先へ渡したくない情報を共有状態へ含めないでください。
禁止事項
サービスの妨害、技術的制限の回避、第三者APIの濫用、悪意あるコードの持込み、他の利用者の利用を著しく損なう自動アクセス等を行わないでください。
知的財産
YOTOTOMO独自のUI、ブランド、ソフトウェアは適用される知的財産法により保護されます。第三者のデータ、ライブラリ、サービスにはそれぞれのライセンスおよび権利が適用されます。
変更
プロダクトの発展に伴い、サービスおよび本規約を変更する場合があります。重要な変更は公開規約と更新日へ反映します。
